Note: If you need your degree or current term grades to appear on your transcript, do NOT order until we have posted official grades for the term or until the graduation note has been posted. To verify if grades and/or your graduation note have been posted, please check your unofficial transcript on your MyMercer portal. Refunds will NOT be granted if a student orders their transcript prematurely; transcripts are produced in real-time, and it is the sender’s responsibility to know when the transcript will include up-to-date information.
To place your order please visit the MCCC Parchment storefront
IMPORTANT: When creating an account, we strongly suggest that you use an email other than your Mercer email since you may no longer have access to it once you leave Mercer County Community College.
Your Parchment account will remain active for future requests, and may be used to view and track previous orders as well as view and print receipts.
Processing Time
Most electronic and mail transcript requests are processed the same day as ordered. Once a transcript order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled or changed. If you attended MCCC prior to 1980 your order may require additional processing time and may not be eligible for electronic delivery.
Transcript Eligibility
Students with holds on their student account, may not be able to have their transcripts released by the Records Office. Any hold on student account may also prevent the student from placing an order.
Student Responsibility
Students must provide a complete and verified e-mail address or mailing address for the recipient of the transcript. MCCC's Records Office is not responsible for verification of the e-mail address provided by the student. Students should always verify that the transcript recipient would accept an electronic transcript before ordering.
Delivery Method
Electronic Transcripts are issued in a digital PDF format that must be picked up by the recipient within 30 days. Mailed copies can be ordered by clicking the link below the search bar ("Send to Yourself, Another Individual, or Third Party").
Note We do not send transcripts by fax, or offer transcript for pickup at the institution.
Document Security
The electronic transcript is passcode protected, and has an embedded blue ribbon certified electronic signature.
Only the intended recipient will be able to open the electronic transcript. If the original recipient forwards the email, the new recipient will not be able to open the electronic transcript.
If the recipient saves the electronic transcript, the transcript will lose the embedded digital signature, and at that point the electronic transcript will become unofficial.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for Transcripts due to the near real-time processing and delivery of the orders.
