Mercer women's basketball picked up their third win of the season with a thrilling 47-45 victory over Cumberland.  The Vikings trailed by as many as 14 points but rallied in the fourth quarter to edge the Dukes on a game winning jumper from freshman Shaunice Palms (Hamilton, NJ/Nottingham).  Freshman Mary Kate Madonia (Hamilton, NJ/Steinert) had 14 points and Palms added 13 points and 6 rebounds.  Sophomore Amirah Terry (Wrightstown, NJ/Northern Burlington) had a double double, scoring 11 points and grabbing 11 rebounds.  Freshman Jonasia Grier (Trenton, NJ/Trenton Central) had 9 points and 5 rebounds and freshman Cassie Filipowicz (Hamilton, NJ/Hamilton West) pulled down 13 rebounds in the win.
