In the second game of the NY Invitational, Mercer men's basketball fell 77-113 to Erie Community College. Sophomore Guard Donovon Guess (Camden, NJ/Leap Academy University Charter School) had a game-high 28 points on 10-for-19 shooting. Freshman Guard Tavian Alford (Woodbridge, NJ/South Brunswick) followed with 18 points, which included making 7-for-8 on his trips to the free-throw line.
