Mercer men's basketball (11-9) moved to 6-5 in Region 19 with a big win over visiting Lackawanna.  The Vikings trailed by 5 points at the half but were able to outscore the hot-shooting Falcons in the second half for the win.  Freshman David Johnson (Philadelphia, PA/Communications Tech) led all scorers with 24 points and 5 assists and freshman Dandre Parmley (Philadelphia, PA/Swenson) added 16 points and 7 rebounds.  Freshman Brandon Winston (Ardmore, PA/Harriton) was perfect from the field, including 4 for 4 from 3 point territory and finished with 16 points.  Freshman Dashante Alexander (Philadelphia, PA/Simon Gratz) added 12 points and 4 assists in the win.
