Mercer men's basketball got a big Region win last night, holding on to beat Rowan at Burlington 74-69.  Freshman Donovon Guess (Camden, NJ/LEAP Academy) had a game-high 36 points and freshman John Evans (Camden, NJ/Camden) had a double double, scoring 10 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.  Sophomore Tory Whiting (Cherry Hill, NJ) had 10 points and 6 assists and freshman Lakier Brown (Lumberton, NJ/Rancocas Valley) provided a spark off the bench with 9 points late in the second half.
