Mercer baseball (13-6) won Game 2 of their doubleheader vs. CCBC-Catonsville (7-10) 4-3.  Freshman Alec Bruns (Pennington, NJ/Hopewell Valley) went 2 for 2 with an RBI and sophomore Angel Garced (Jackson, NJ/Jackson Liberty) went 2 for 3 with a double and 2 runs.  Sophomore pitcher Brandon Garret (Levittown, PA/Pennsbury East) allowed just one earned run over 6 innings and freshman pitcher Evan Gillespie (Princeton, NJ/Montgomery) picked up his first collegiate save with a no-hit seventh inning.  Sophomores David Osnato (Hamilton, NJ/Hamilton West) and Joe Santospago (Doylestown, PA/Archbishop Wood) and freshman Geggie Russomagno (Whitehouse Station, NJ/Hunterdon Central) each had an RBI in the win.
